Agile PM Certification Endorsed by Universities

The new PMAC Certified Agile Project Manager credential has been endorsed by two leading universities.

Since the launch of the Certified Agile Project Manager qualification from the Project Management Association of Canada (http://www.pmac-ampc.ca), there has been lots of interest in seeing how this gets supported by the academic, project management, and agile communities.

So far, two universities have given their endorsement of this certification:  University of Toronto and University of Waterloo.  Both are offering an accredited course to prepare for the certification exam, followed by hosting an exam session on campus.

The University of Toronto will be offering the prep course and exam in the spring of 2010 (date still to be announced).

The University of Waterloo has scheduled two sessions for the prep course and exams:  March 1-3, 2010 (with exam on the 3rd) and June 21-23, 2010 (with exam on the 23rd).
